That last one is a Dodge Spirit I believe. They did make a monster version in the R/T for a coupl e years that came with a turbo and a manual way back in the early 90’s but that is obviously not one of those.

Afiak, a lot of people there don’t even bother tucking them into their trunk as intended. They just let em dangle at all times.
